By accessing or using Yenn.ai (also known as "Yenn", "the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Platform. By registering for an account, using the Service, or clicking "I Agree" or similar acceptance mechanism, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Yenn (Yenn.ai) is an AI-powered content marketing automation platform that provides:

  • AI Content Generation: Automated generation of SEO-optimized blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and Instagram content using artificial intelligence

  • Multi-Channel Publishing: Automatic publishing to WordPress sites and LinkedIn accounts

  • Brand Voice Analysis: Comprehensive analysis of your brand voice using AI to personalize content

  • Image and Video Generation: AI-powered image and video generation using multiple AI providers

  • Content Management: Organization, editing, and management of generated content

  • Analytics and Tracking: Usage metrics, SEO scoring, and content performance tracking

The Service operates on a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model with a credit-based system for AI operations.

2.1 Service Availability

No Uptime Guarantee:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service

  • The Service may be unavailable due to:

    • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)

    • Unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs

    • Third-party service outages (AI providers, hosting, payment processors)

    • Network issues or internet connectivity problems

    • Force majeure events (see Section 14.5)


Maintenance:

  • We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service

  • We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible

  • Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice

  • Maintenance typically occurs during off-peak hours


Service Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time

  • We may deprecate features with 30 days' notice

  • We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility

  • We will notify you of material service changes

2.2 Beta and Experimental Features

Beta Features:

  • Some features may be marked as "beta," "experimental," or "preview"

  • Beta features may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change

  • Beta features may be discontinued without notice

  • We make no warranties regarding beta features

  • Use beta features at your own risk

Deprecated Features:

  • Features marked as "deprecated" may be removed in future versions

  • We will provide notice before removing deprecated features

  • You are responsible for migrating away from deprecated features

2.3 Geographic Availability

Service Availability:

  • The Service is available worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations

  • We reserve the right to restrict access in certain jurisdictions

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws

Export Restrictions:

  • The Service may be subject to export control laws

  • You agree not to export or re-export the Service in violation of applicable export laws

  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export laws

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age (or 13 years with parental consent in jurisdictions where permitted)

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

  • All content you create, upload, or generate using the Service

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to use any content, URLs, or data you provide

3.3 Account Security

You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password

  • Not share your account credentials with others

  • Log out of your account when using shared devices

  • Immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access

3.4 Email Verification

You must verify your email address before accessing certain features of the Service. We may send verification emails, and you agree to receive them. If you do not verify your email, your account access may be limited.

3.5 One Account Per User

You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, trial restrictions, or other Service limitations is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4.1 Trial Period

Free Trial:

  • New users receive a 7-day free trial

  • Trial includes limited credits:

    • 2 blog post generations

    • 2 LinkedIn post generations

    • 2 Instagram post generations

    • 1 brand voice analysis

    • 2 AI image generations

    • 0 AI video generations

  • Trial period begins upon account creation

  • Trial expires automatically after 7 days

  • Upon trial expiration:

    • If no paid subscription is active, credits reset to 0

    • Your account and data remain active

    • You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time

  • Trial credits are non-refundable and do not roll over

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans:

Blogger Plan:

  • Monthly: 30 blog posts, 10 LinkedIn posts, 10 Instagram posts, 3 brand voice analyses, 10 AI images, 0 AI videos

  • Yearly: Same monthly credits, billed annually (12 monthly periods)

LinkedIn Master Plan:

  • Monthly: 10 blog posts, 30 LinkedIn posts, 15 Instagram posts, 3 brand voice analyses, 15 AI images, 15 AI videos

  • Yearly: Same monthly credits, billed annually (12 monthly periods)

Instagrammer Plan:

  • Monthly: 8 blog posts, 0 LinkedIn posts, 30 Instagram posts, 3 brand voice analyses, 20 AI images, 15 AI videos

  • Yearly: Same monthly credits, billed annually (12 monthly periods)

Yearly Plan Details:

  • Yearly plans are billed once per year (one upfront payment)

  • Yearly plans include 12 monthly billing periods

  • Credits are allocated monthly (not all at once)

  • Plan automatically renews each month until all 12 periods are used

  • After 12 months, plan expires unless renewed

  • If you cancel a yearly plan, you retain access until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds for unused periods (except as required by law)

Plan features and credit allocations are subject to change. We will notify you of any material changes to your plan.

4.3 Billing

Payment Processing:

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor

  • By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service

  • We do not store your credit card information; all payment data is handled by Stripe

Billing Cycles:

  • Monthly plans: Billed monthly on the same date each month

  • Yearly plans: Billed annually on the same date each year

  • Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle

Automatic Renewal:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period

  • You will be charged the then-current subscription price

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 4.6)

Failed Payments:

  • If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again

  • After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Price Changes:

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices

  • Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before price changes take effect

  • Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle unless you cancel

4.4 Credit System

Credit Types:

  • Blog post credits: Used for blog/article generation

  • LinkedIn post credits: Used for LinkedIn post generation

  • Instagram post credits: Used for Instagram post generation

  • Brand voice credits: Used for brand voice analysis

  • AI image credits: Used for AI image generation

  • AI video credits: Used for AI video generation

Credit Usage:

  • Each operation consumes one credit (except video generation, which uses one credit regardless of length)

  • Credits are deducted immediately upon operation initiation

  • CREDITS ARE DEDUCTED REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE OPERATION SUCCEEDS OR FAILS

  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period (unless otherwise specified)

  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

  • Credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

NO REFUNDS FOR CONSUMED CREDITS:

Credits consumed for operations are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether:

  • The operation succeeds or fails

  • The operation times out or errors

  • The operation produces incomplete or unusable results

  • The operation is rejected by third-party platforms

  • The operation violates platform policies

  • Credits are lost due to system errors or technical issues

NO WARRANTIES REGARDING CREDITS:

We make NO WARRANTIES regarding:

  • Credit availability or accessibility

  • Credit system reliability or accuracy

  • Credit deduction accuracy

  • Credit expiration timing

  • Credit rollover or transfer

Credit Expiration:

  • Credits expire at the end of each billing period

  • Trial credits expire when the trial period ends

  • We reserve the right to modify credit expiration policies with 30 days' notice

  • EXPIRED CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

NO LIABILITY FOR CREDIT ISSUES:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Credit loss due to system errors or technical issues

  • Credit unavailability or inaccessibility

  • Credit deduction errors (subject to correction)

  • Credit expiration or loss

  • Any consequences arising from credit issues

Additional Credits:

  • Additional credits cannot be purchased separately at this time

  • Credits are only available through subscription plans

  • We reserve the right to offer credit purchases in the future

4.5 Plan Changes

Upgrading:

  • You may upgrade your plan at any time

  • Upgrades take effect immediately

  • You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period

  • New credits are added immediately upon upgrade

Downgrading:

  • You may downgrade your plan at any time

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period

  • You retain access to your current plan until the end of the current billing period

  • Unused credits from the higher plan do not carry over

Cancellation During Billing Period:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You retain access to the Service and your credits until the end of the billing period

  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period (see Refund Policy, Section 4.7)

4.6 Cancellation

How to Cancel:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period

Effect of Cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew

  • Your account will remain active

  • You may resubscribe at any time

  • Your data will be retained according to our Data Retention Policy (see Privacy Policy)

4.7 Refund Policy

General Policy:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified below

  • We do not provide refunds for:

    • Unused credits

    • Partial billing periods

    • Change of mind

    • Service dissatisfaction (unless Service is materially non-functional)

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

    • Duplicate charges (full refund)

    • Service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours (prorated refund)

    • Material breach of Service availability (prorated refund)

    • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing fees may apply

Trial Period:

  • Trial periods are free and do not require refunds

  • If you are charged during a trial period, contact support immediately for a full refund

5.1 User Content Ownership

Your Content:

  • You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service

  • This includes:

    • User-provided text, images, and data

    • AI-generated content created using your account

    • Brand voice data you provide

    • All articles, posts, images, and videos generated through the Service

License to Platform:

  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

    • Process, store, and transmit your content for Service delivery

    • Use your content to provide the Service (e.g., brand voice analysis, content generation)

    • Store your content in our systems and third-party storage (e.g., Cloudinary)

    • Generate derivative works (e.g., AI-generated content based on your input)

  • This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except:

    • Content already published to third-party platforms (WordPress, LinkedIn) remains published

    • We may retain backup copies for a reasonable period for disaster recovery

    • We may retain anonymized data for Service improvement

5.2 Platform Intellectual Property

Our Ownership:

  • We retain all rights, title, and interest in:

    • The Service, software, and platform infrastructure

    • Our trademarks, logos, and brand names

    • Our algorithms, AI models, and proprietary technology

    • Documentation, tutorials, and educational content

    • Aggregate and anonymized usage data

Restrictions:

  • You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

    • Use our trademarks or logos without permission

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Ownership:

  • AI-generated content created using your account belongs to you

  • However, AI-generated content may be subject to:

    • Third-party AI provider terms (OpenAI, Google, Leonardo)

    • Copyright and intellectual property laws

    • Platform-specific content policies (WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram)

AI Provider Terms:

  • AI-generated content is created using third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google VEO, Leonardo API)

  • These providers may have their own terms regarding generated content

  • You are responsible for complying with AI provider terms

  • We are not responsible for AI provider policy changes or service limitations

Content Attribution:

  • You may use AI-generated content for commercial purposes

  • You are not required to attribute content to the Platform or AI providers

  • However, you must comply with applicable laws and platform policies

5.4 User Prompts and Input

Ownership of Prompts:

  • You own the prompts, instructions, and input you provide to the Service

  • We do not claim ownership of your prompts or input

  • However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use your prompts to:

    • Generate content as requested

    • Improve the Service (anonymized and aggregated)

    • Provide customer support

Prompt Privacy - NO CONTROL OVER AI PROVIDERS:

  • Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Leonardo)

  • AI PROVIDERS MAY USE YOUR PROMPTS TO TRAIN OR IMPROVE THEIR AI MODELS (subject to their terms)

  • WE DO NOT CONTROL HOW AI PROVIDERS USE YOUR PROMPTS

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AI PROVIDER DATA USAGE

  • See Privacy Policy for details on data sharing with AI providers

  • See AI provider privacy policies for their data usage practices

Prompt Storage:

  • Prompts are stored in your account for content generation history

  • Prompts may be retained for deduplication and service improvement

  • You can delete prompts by deleting associated content

  • WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING PROMPT SECURITY OR PRIVACY

NO LIABILITY FOR PROMPT ISSUES:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • AI provider use of your prompts (subject to their terms)

  • Prompt security breaches or unauthorized access

  • Prompt loss or corruption

  • Any consequences arising from prompt sharing with AI providers

5.5 Third-Party Content

Your Responsibility:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide

  • This includes:

    • Text, images, and data you upload

    • Website URLs you provide for brand voice analysis

    • LinkedIn profile URLs you provide

    • Any third-party content you incorporate

Copyright Compliance:

  • You must not upload, generate, or publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

  • If you believe your content has been infringed, contact us immediately

  • We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests

DMCA Takedown:

  • If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown request to our designated agent

  • Include: identification of copyrighted work, location of infringing material, your contact information, statement of good faith, and your signature

6.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Illegal Activities:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders

  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Violate privacy rights or data protection laws

Harmful Content:

  • Create, upload, or publish content that:

    • Is illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal activities

    • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

    • Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous

    • Promotes violence, terrorism, or extremism

    • Contains child exploitation or adult content involving minors

    • Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights

Spam and Abuse:

  • Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications

  • Use the Service to spam or harass others

  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others

  • Abuse the credit system or attempt to circumvent limits

  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without authorization

Service Abuse:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

  • Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Overload or stress test the Service without permission

Third-Party Violations:

  • Violate WordPress, LinkedIn, or Instagram terms of service

  • Use the Service to violate any third-party platform policies

  • Scrape or access third-party services in violation of their terms

6.2 Content Moderation

Our Right to Moderate:

  • We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content policies

  • We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion

Content Removal:

  • We may remove content without notice if it violates these Terms

  • We may suspend accounts pending investigation of content violations

  • We are not obligated to provide reasons for content removal (except as required by law)

Appeals Process:

  • If you believe content was removed in error, contact support

  • We will review appeals in a reasonable timeframe

  • Our decision is final

6.3 Content Restrictions

Prohibited Content:

  • Content that violates applicable laws

  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Content that is harmful, abusive, or offensive

  • Content that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent

  • Content that violates platform guidelines (WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram)

Platform Compliance:

  • You must ensure all content published through the Service complies with:

    • WordPress terms of service and content policies

    • LinkedIn terms of service and community guidelines

    • Instagram terms of service and community guidelines

    • Any other platform where you publish content

Content Moderation:

  • We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content policies

  • We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion

6.4 Rate Limiting and Usage Restrictions

Rate Limiting:

  • We may implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse

  • Rate limits may apply to:

    • API requests

    • Content generation operations

    • Email verification resends

    • Other Service features

  • Rate limits may vary by subscription plan

  • We reserve the right to modify rate limits with notice

Usage Restrictions:

  • You may not use automated tools to circumvent rate limits

  • You may not create multiple accounts to bypass usage restrictions

  • Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

  • We reserve the right to throttle or limit usage to ensure Service stability

Fair Use:

  • The Service is intended for normal business use

  • Excessive or abusive usage may result in:

    • Rate limiting

    • Account suspension

    • Account termination

  • We determine what constitutes excessive or abusive usage at our sole discretion

6.5 Web Scraping Authorization

Your Authorization:

  • By providing website URLs or LinkedIn profile URLs for brand voice analysis, you grant us permission to:

    • Scrape and analyze content from those URLs using automated tools (Puppeteer)

    • Extract text, HTML, structure, and metadata from provided websites

    • Analyze LinkedIn profile content (headline, about section, experience, skills)

    • Store scraped content in your account for brand voice analysis

Your Representations:

  • You represent and warrant that:

    • You own the websites you provide or have authority to authorize scraping

    • You own the LinkedIn profiles you provide or have permission to authorize scraping

    • You have the legal right to grant us permission to scrape the provided URLs

    • The URLs you provide do not violate any third-party terms of service

Third-Party Terms:

  • We are not responsible for violations of third-party website terms of service

  • LinkedIn profile scraping may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service

  • You use web scraping features at your own risk

  • We are not liable for consequences arising from scraping third-party websites

Our Practices:

  • We use automated tools (Puppeteer) to access and analyze website content

  • We respect robots.txt and implement rate limiting where possible

  • We cannot guarantee compliance with all website terms of service

  • Scraped content is used solely for brand voice analysis and stored in your account

  • Generation Success: AI generation may FAIL, TIMEOUT, or produce INCOMPLETE results

  • Generation Completion: AI generation may not complete successfully

  • Content Quality: Generated content may be of POOR QUALITY, INAPPROPRIATE, or UNUSABLE

  • Content Accuracy: Generated content may contain ERRORS, INACCURACIES, HALLUCINATIONS, or OUTDATED INFORMATION

  • Content Appropriateness: Generated content may be OFFENSIVE, BIASED, or INAPPROPRIATE

  • Content Compliance: Generated content may VIOLATE LAWS, REGULATIONS, or PLATFORM POLICIES

  • Content Originality: Generated content may be SIMILAR TO EXISTING CONTENT despite deduplication efforts

  • Content Uniqueness: Generated content may not be unique or original

  • SEO Performance: SEO optimization does NOT guarantee search engine rankings or performance

  • Platform Acceptance: Generated content may be REJECTED, REMOVED, or FLAGGED by WordPress, LinkedIn, or Instagram

  • AI Provider Availability: AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Leonardo) may be UNAVAILABLE or FAIL at any time

YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY:

YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Reviewing, editing, and fact-checking ALL AI-generated content BEFORE use

  • Ensuring AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, and compliant

  • Verifying ALL facts, statistics, and claims in AI-generated content

  • Ensuring AI-generated content complies with ALL applicable laws and regulations

  • Ensuring AI-generated content complies with ALL platform policies (WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram)

  • Ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

  • Ensuring AI-generated content meets your quality standards

  • All consequences arising from use of AI-generated content

NO WARRANTIES - COMPLETE DISCLAIMER:

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:

  • The accuracy, completeness, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content

  • The success, completion, or timeliness of AI generation

  • The compliance of AI-generated content with laws, regulations, or platform policies

  • The absence of errors, inaccuracies, inappropriate content, or IP infringement

  • The SEO performance or search engine rankings of generated content

  • The acceptance or persistence of published content on third-party platforms

NO REFUNDS FOR FAILED GENERATIONS:

Credits consumed for AI generation are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether:

  • Generation fails or times out

  • Generation produces incomplete or unusable results

  • Generated content is of poor quality

  • Generated content is rejected by third-party platforms

  • Generated content violates laws or policies

NO LIABILITY:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM:

  • AI generation failures, errors, timeouts, or incomplete results

  • Poor quality, inappropriate, or non-compliant generated content

  • Content rejections, removals, or platform bans

  • SEO performance issues or poor search engine rankings

  • Any use or inability to use AI-generated content

7.2 Content Review Required

Mandatory Review:

  • You must review all AI-generated content before publishing

  • Do not publish AI-generated content without:

    • Fact-checking all claims and statistics

    • Verifying all information is current and accurate

    • Ensuring content is appropriate for your audience

    • Confirming content complies with platform policies

    • Editing content to match your brand voice and standards

Platform Policies:

  • AI-generated content may be flagged or removed by:

    • WordPress (if it violates WordPress policies)

    • LinkedIn (if it violates LinkedIn community guidelines)

    • Instagram (if it violates Instagram community guidelines)

    • Search engines (if it violates SEO guidelines)

Our Liability:

  • We are not liable for:

    • Content that is flagged or removed by third-party platforms

    • Account suspensions or bans resulting from AI-generated content

    • Legal consequences arising from AI-generated content

    • Financial losses resulting from AI-generated content issues

7.3 AI Provider Terms

Third-Party AI Services:

  • AI-generated content is created using third-party AI services:

    • OpenAI (GPT models, DALL·E, gpt-image-1, Sora)

    • Google (Gemini, VEO 3.1)

    • Leonardo API (image generation)

AI Provider Terms Apply:

  • These AI providers have their own terms of service

  • You are subject to AI provider terms when using the Service

  • AI providers may:

    • Restrict certain types of content generation

    • Limit usage or impose rate limits

    • Change their services or discontinue features

    • Modify their terms of service

Our Limitations:

  • Unpublished Content: Unpublished content in your account will be deleted according to our Data Retention Policy

    • You violate these Terms

    • You engage in illegal activities

    • You fail to pay subscription fees

    • Your account is inactive for an extended period

    • We suspect fraud or abuse
